Manchester music debate at MOSI - Stephen Morris is to lead a debate about the Manchester music scene past, present and future at MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry), Liverpool Road, Manchester, on Friday November 27 2009 at 7.30pm. In the Stephen Morris and friends Manchester music debate, he will talk to ex-Hacienda DJ Graeme Park about their own experiences, the Factory days and what that Manchester music scene might look like in years to come.

Morris and Park will be joined by Peter Saville - co-founder of Factory Records and Creative Director of the City of Manchester, Andy Spinoza, founder of City Life and MD of SKV Communications, club entrepreneur Ross MacKenzie, owner of One Central Street, Purple Pussycat and Black Dog Ballroom and James Nice - author of Shadowplayers: The Rise and Fall of Factory Records.

The audience will be invited to ask questions, with Park compring the debate. The debate starts at 7.30pm on Friday 27 November, doors and bar open 6.30pm. Ticket prices 5 in advance, 8 on the door, available at http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk or call 0844 847 2261 (24 hours).

Searched the bootleg section and couldn't find reference to this. I know I probably should look harder. It it's there it's not listed under "Heart and Soul". Anyways, what the story with this one?

Is it exceptionally rare?

Should I rob someone for money for this?

The band were interviewed by Annik Honor who still has the two-hour tape. No other copies are known to exist.

Has anyone reproduced a copy of the interview that went into the magazine?

JOY DIVISION ARTEFACTS SOUGHT BY MACCLESFIELD MUSEUM

Macclesfield Museum is currently searching for interesting Joy Division artefacts for a proposed exhibition due to take place in May 2010. The Curator of the exhibition is Jon Savage.

The museum would like to hear from anyone who may be interested in loaning unseen photos, live recordings or footage, flyers, posters or general rare memorabilia.
