I read in a thread on these forums that the US release had extra interviews and things like that as Bonus Material. I got the Swedish release wich doesnt include anything else than the trailer for the Doc. and Control, so my question is if i can see the bonus materials online or get hold of them in some other way?

I don't know about watching it online (though it probably is floating around somewhere), but the version I bought from Amazon recently has a bunch of bonus material (something like 40 extra clips with interviews and such).

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Joy-Division-DVD/dp/B001B2S41I/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1265640862&sr=8-5

And this is a Region 2 disc, so it's not only the American version that has all the extra stuff.

Thanks for the answer, I have to order another copy from Amazon soon! Bonus Materials should be on every copy, but apparently the Swedes are too cheap for that

It's quite often the same here in Denmark with dvd-releases, we get the spare bastard copies that nobody else seems to want. Perhaps it's just a Scandinavian thing

Well, if it's any consolation to you, I've bought three copies of the DVD. First I got the Norwegian/Scandinavian release which came way before any other territory. Then, upon the DVD's general release, I bought the local Belgian copy. However, when I discovered that it only contained some of the bonus material included on the British version, I had to get that as well...

Yeah, now I just feel bad for you

Which releases have the Bonus stuff? UK and US?

At least the UK must have it. Like I said before, I bought mine from British Amazon.

I can Confirm the standard UK version here has all of the Bonus Interviews as far as I know (4 DVD menu pages worth) some of it is great stuff!
