Sorry if this has been previously discussed, but it is new to me.
Here is what the site says:

Well, another copy surfaced, owned by Hooky.
So, Tony apparently gave each of the 20 copies personally to each one, handwriting the name of the respective addressee.
And moreover, Tony gave the 1st copy to Vini Reilly, and only gave the 10th to Hooky on Xmas Eve. Well, it was supposed to be for promotion, right? Then why give copies to the bands members, anyway?
