It's the Amsterdam Concert, the cover looks selfmade.
The tracks are exactly the same as on the first LP of "Gruftgesaenge" (Paradiso, Amsterdam, 11.01.1980). Gruftgesaenge was the first JD bootleg I bought in 1981. It was a double-LP, containing the entire Amsterdam concert and rare studio-tracks.
The last two songs of the concert are missing (She's lost control, Atrocity exhibition).
On "Gruftgesaenge", these are the first two tracks of the second LP, which contains, besides the above mentioned two songs, recordings that were very rare when Gruftgesaenge was released in 1981, like: Atmosphere, Komakino, Incubation, Digital etc.

In our language "Gruft" means "grave, tomb", Gesänge (Gesaenge) means: chants.

Hi,

http://www.joydiv.org/G3.htm

This is an incomplete "Gruftgesaenge" first pressing set : only the LP is original (black vinyl with blank labels and correct JD-1 / JD-2 matrix numbers, "Shadowplay" is included). The second LP is missing, and the sleeve is an homemade one.
It is possible that the LP was an extra copy from the original batch which was sold without the second LP / cover to make extra money with extra copies of the first LP. It was not the first time it happened (i have other examples in mind, for example Elvis CDs).

See You

Vince

Ah, ok.
Thanks for the information. The homemade cover looks bad. But the name "Die Visionen der Freude" is a good idea...
Best Regards

Hi,

very interesting, it seemed to confirm that extra copies of the first LP were sold with white plain cover and pink picture with homemade names...

See You

That last one's most likely a homemade cdr with the music downloaded from various well known torrent sites...like all the others from that seller.

Yeah, I've seen some other shady homemade releases from that seller. The word pathetic comes to mind.
