You're right, this seems to be missing from the listing. Probably just an oversight. It's a home-made or privately published fanzine type A5 size booklet with song lyrics, as the title suggests, as well as a few pictures and a discography. Supposedly 2500 copies, mine is number 331, "first edition August 1985. Dead Souls Ltd. England 1985"

i have a mint copy of form and substance 1st edition, along with 5 or 7 other books and early fanzines, whats the 1st edition worth??, never seen one on ebay. also have a gold presentation presented to the band from rtc/ factory records, they were the new zealand agent for sales here??
