Found this weird album in my collection this morning, Warsaw words with the walker brothers on the front and warsaw on the back, brown vinyl LP with a blue single also, RZM 200 AND RZM 100, finally found it on here, very rare, maybe only 1 or 2 copies of New Zealand bootleg of Warsaw, happy days!!.WARSAW (LP) GTLP014 Matrix numbers: "RZM-200-A” and “RZM-200-B Pressed on chocolate brown vinyl Australia / New Zealand issue from 1980 / 1981 Plain sleeve with glued on photocopied insert (which wraps around covering part of the back cover)
All of this for you Transmission The leaders of men Living in the ice age They walked in line Interzone Failures (of the modern man) Warsaw Novelty Shadowplay No love lost
We have only heard of one copy of this. it appears to be the only brown vinyl version of the LP.

I've updated the site with this one. Also a Brown vinyl Warsaw in the standard sleeve has turned up.

Would appear talking to record stores here that a guy here may have got the pressings from the UK (could they be test pressings) and repackaged a couple here , he was known to do this sort of crazy thing with small number batches, might explain the one found in the normal warsaw sleeve??

It's possible that the brown vinyl Warsaw LP is some kind of test pressing as so few were made, but then it would be more likely to have plain white labels, not printed ones same as the other early pressings on black and red / yellow vinyl with the same matrix numbers and with the same printed labels. There are some early black vinyl Warsaw LPs with plain white labels, usually in plain generic sleeves, that may be test pressings, but many bootlegs have plain labels so who knows. My brown Warsaw LP also includes a blue vinyl 7"EP. The brown vinyl looks red if you hold it up against a strong light source, by the way.
