The catalogue is well worth the £12 from an historical point of view.

I received mine signed 2 days ago.
Nice catalog.
Some real interesting items, some more "questionables" as the Annik Honoré letter.
But nice catalog & really well documented.

I got my signed one yesterday and i can highly recommend it,esp. for the price and furure collectible.
I love the added little anecdotes connected to each item and i believe that when the catalog is published online there will be quite some discussion about several vids, tapes and cds.also the record collection has some surprises.
My personal highlight was to see that he had the basement, cologne pics in his possession with the quote:"i love it when new pictures are found (after 30 years),bliss!"
I remember finding them 10 years ago, which got me here, finding this beautiful community and have been hooky'd here, ever since, although my journey into addiction started in 1984/85.never would of thought that new information i still out there,a satisfying fascination.
Best wishes to all addicts out there, that know that there is no 'Cure' after joy division[wink]
God bless you all and good night.......
(Hope this doesn't sound like 'bragging',just chuffed and a little.....'bliss!')

Here you go:

http://www.omegaauctionsshop.co.uk/product/peter-hook-signature-collection-catalogue

Looks like the signed ones are out of stock. They may get more in though. It’s maybe worth dropping them an email if you want one.

It’s a nice catalogue. Pretty much worth the money, I think. Lots of nice items in it, but I won’t be bidding. Too rich for me.

Signed catalogues are supposed to be back in stock on the Omega website but are not showing, maybe worth checking daily if interested.

Another one for sale (signed?) but differs from my copy:a.mine doesn't have 2019(nor 2018) added and b.this copy misses an embossed stamp in the right hand corner, over the signature!

[s-l500]
The '2019' seems penned in different ink too
[s-l500]
Seller states provenance through receit but this wasn't posted under sale,so maybe someone here can confirm if they got a similar copy?

Signature doesn't look the one on my copy. No date on my copy. And mine has the embossed "logo". And I kept my receipt confirming its a signed copy.

Compared to the printed signature on the left, there are differences between the 'P' and the '...ok' at the end,if you take a closer look.the '2019'  seems be to from a different pen/ink too....maybe members here have a better eye and can confirm my doubts or expose me as a conspiracy nutjob?

I don't know if the one on Ebay is genuine or not, but I was informed that the demand was higher than they expected and they ran out of signed catalogues at one point, and that Hooky would be back later to sign more copies, which may explain the different pen/ink. Maybe they had another batch printed which didn't have the embossed stamp etc.

Looks like me and dmxi have got "first issues" of the signed copies from November with no dates next to the signature and embossed stamp at top right. Does anyone on the board have a January signed "second issue" that may be different?

I think it is just & fair to correct oneself (ones self???) when you think you are wrong:after checking me other signatures,i can see why & how doubts can creep up.my copy has similar sig. traits to the aforementioned copy but me other, older sigs. rather compare to the printed sig.,in the top, left corner.
Could be age or just signing such a bulk in short time that forces differences......or plain & simpley:
"My name is mud in collector-circles!"   -p.hook-(as in "phookin 'ell!")
But yeah,mine has a stamped cover,which i thought was a nice touch.

This should settle the "Is a catalogue with no embossed logo and Hooky signing '19 legit?" discussion:

Yep, it looking like the ones from last year had the embossing and no year, this years copies have no embossing and the year. I've just ordered another signed copy for a mate so I'll be able to compare them first hand later in the week.

Can't quite figure out whether there is anything worthwhile amongst this lot other than a Harry Goodwin photo from April 1980 and a gig from 1969.

The Martin Hannett tapes look interesting, plus Hookys unreleased Warsaw gigs etc.. The good stuff has a copywrite warning attached, and it says they are for archive only, and not to be reproduced..  Bernards not going to be a happy bunny.
