Today of all days seemed like a good one to finally register with the forum and say hi after, er, lurking for many years.

The first time I heard Joy Division was when I taped the ‘Transmission’ single off John Peels’ radio show in 1979. Around the same time at school I swapped a copy of the XTC 12 inch single, ‘Go+’ (I never liked it), for the ‘Ideal for Living’ EP. That was some bargain which I’ve still got all these years later [smile]

Anway… back to today and this quote from Thomas Campbell came to mind -

“To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.”
