No idea what it may be worth today, but probably not a whole lot. I got mine years ago, I didn't pay anywhere near as much as the asking price here. My copy doesn't have any writing on the labels, but the same photocopied front insert.

Looking at the labels, it seems to be ; looking at the cover I don't think so ...

Ask the seller for a picture of the back cover....represses have less decor & didn't the first issues have a 7" with the first peel sessions?
Notice that the bottom of the back cover has decorum like later represses?

But i just found out that there have been many additions since i checked the
last time (umpteen years as it seems) so,i am dumbfounded and wouldn't dare to confirm,here is all i found:

I bought mine late 1981 or early 1982 in Germany. It had the EP with the 1. John Peel Session and a yellow inlay. This is how it looks:
