| #27 | The Sheffield Gig was at the Top Rank (soon to re-open I'm told) and due to buses I missed the first half of JD's set (one of the biggest mistakes I made along with not seeing the Ruts before Mr Owen died). However the gig was great, Sound was superb, the Top Rank had a balcony area about 12" above the dance floor and the sound was always good up there. A friend of mine (Marcus) was luck enough to be at stage side during the performance and was taking B&W photos. I remember seeing them after he'd had them developed. I wish I'd kept in touch with him as I don't believe they have ever been published!

I would of loved to see them live, anyone who did, was very lucky. __________________ "We Knocked on the doors of Hell's darker chamber, Pushed to the limit, We dragged ourselves in". |
