Anyone know where I might be able to get one of each of these? I've kept an eye on Ebay and rather surprisingly not seen any. Wish I'd "borrowed" one from the Curzon now!

There is one on ebay;

It's a bit pricey though.

Should have the blue tint image on one side and the brownish one on the other.

Cheers Erik - it is a bit pricey isn't it? I find Ebay very weird at times. I did a search for "Joy Division poster" yesterday and nothing for the film came up. Repeated it today and now a few things that were clearly already listed yesterday judging by their dates now show up!

It's an awesome looking poster. Are you going to purchase it Martin63, or wait in hope of finding a cheaper one?

I will wait. £25 for a poster for a film that was only released in the past 12 months is too much.

The original photo was taken in black and white and one of these two versions is colour. Which one is the actual poster?

My poster is double-sided, it has the blue tint picture on one side and the (same) picture in sepia on the other. It's correct that the original photo was in black and white, so I guess the colour must have been added by whoever designed the poster(s). Last year you could vote for which version should be used on this web-site; http://www.joydivisionmovie.co.uk/ , but I guess they decided to use both versions in the end.

Don't know if this has been mentioned before but Fopp in Manchester has copies of "Joy Division" (£8), they appear to be UK versions but the cover has changed to that of the cinema poster. One for the completists, and if it is a "second issue" a means of the manufacturers making more dosh from the same DVD.

Erik, the blue tint picture side on your poster doesn't look like this though, does it?

I was able to purchase one of these recently, (I also was able to find a perfect frame for it, and it looks beautiful on my wall ), and mine has this image:

But if my memory serves me, the other side's image on my poster has a lighter blue, and it is a mirror image of the front (sepia) side. The picture is not as dark on mine as it is on the picture from the first link.

No, not exactly (see below).

Great! Hope you didn't have to pay too much for it.

You're right, mine looks the same. I'm not sure if there is a blue poster too which isn't a mirror image, as seen in the first link.
